Not bad

Well you know not much originality there, but it's still was pretty good. A few suggestions though. Try and make your menu and upgrade buttons a little bit more proffesioninal what I mean by that is you boxes just seemed very poorly done. Your animation of the first person veiw was ok I mean doesn't take much animation on a first person view, but that your action scripting skill are still better than mine so you know I can't argue with that. Your intro was not the way to go, 3D please don't. Just try and draw the chracter the three d version was just off big time, but then 3d is very hard to do. I did like the end of the intro how you zoomed into his eye and that's were your symbol came from I did like that. Ok now I'm going to talk about the game in general. As I said earlier not very original, but you still did a good job not the best nor the worst. I think your upgrade choices were fantastic most people focused on spells, and people, health, defense and what ever else people have. You did something that is historily correct well some of it at least. Your invading characters could have been dressed atleast I mean don't have then running at you grey and naked even though it's in a first person view you still need more creativity in your invading characters. Also your castle could have been better drawn not much to it is there. Well I would like to see your updated version of this and I hope that you keep at it my friend and good luck.

Thanks for the compliments: Let me just respond to a few parts.

The intro is 'me', recorded with a camcorder and drawn over. It was essentially a test for the cutscenes for BattleMage, and I liked it so I kept it as my logo. The BM Scenes will all be in a similar style.
I'm glad you liked to upgrades; I just made a big list and chose the ones I thought would be the 'neatest' to use.
The invaders are simplistic, I know; hence the game only took a week. I focused more on the actionscript than anything else, and the earlier enemies purposely go straight in (the fliers 'arc' in perpendicular to their rotation, and their 'facing' compensates based on that). Some aren't dressed because they're shadows; incorporeal.
As fo rthe rest of the artwork; eh, I'm an engineer, not an artist. Art's always been my weak point, but I'd like to think I've developed an interesting 'simplistic' style for this game.

I got to say this was an awesome game yes indeed. I really can't say anything about this except that it was freaking great. I really didn't get very far so I'm just going to have to suggest this and you can tell me later if you already have it. How about you have a black hole to suck kirby in? That's what the click faster would be used for or something like that. Why don't yall make another one, but this time why not be able to select your own character? Like have megaman, mario luigi, boswer and all the other classic games.

Even though it was a preview you could have added a little something more to it. I did like the idea you went for, but you need to make the player do something else before you face Bowser just maybe two level I guess. I little tip when the person gets hit have them either tilt back or have them flash different colors to notify that player that you hit him. Animation of the characters was good for the most part. I really didn't get the whole thing when mario gets hit and he goes into the pipe I really didn't get that. The attacks were a good choice although instead of jump why not bump? It's basicaly the same thi9ng except it fits more into it. I want to know what you are alble to summon tell me now. Is it yoshi or luigi mushroom king? I got to know it's driving me crazy. Well anyway I can't wait to see the update of this it looks like it will be an exciting game.

Yes

Great job. I like the regular old find what wrong in the picture game. You adding Dynasty Warriors makes it even better. Graphics are good and picutres were very well drawn. You did mess up Sun Ci though he looks pink than red, and that bow doesn't help either. I like that you had most of the characters from the DW games why you picked Sun ci and Diao Chan to the host is beyond me, there is better choices for hosts.

The sound actors made me think of Da Qiao and Sun Ce... Planned to make the others like the Shu's characters but I just can't find the proper voice actors for that, that's why I chose Sun Ce and Da Qiao become the hosts cause their voices are quite similar to Dynasty Warriors series (in Japanese version)... I like the simpsons as much as the next person, but how many Homer Soundboards do we have already, too many if you ask me.
Yours isn't even that good I've seen better ones.

Well this game was good, but it was wierd. I didn't see the point in it, it is just like the alien game except you substituted the aliens and thhe ship for a baratone and other instruments. I really good thought, but I don't think got the full idea out you didn't lay it out enough.

Well not my favorite mario game but it passed the time. One thing I would like to see change are the levels their too easy and pointless. Also one thing I really disliked was the major glitch on the game, mario would float between the the land and you couldn't get back up. I would have to say get a different sprite and work on a lot. Maybe you should go with a different character instead of mario because a lot is expected of mario and this game barely passed judgment. So work on the levels a little bit, I would say a little less jumping a more fight are 'stomping' if you will. I don't agree with everyone else saying it sucked I mean at least it wasn't like a stick game that really reaked of poor animations and stuff. Well keep it up and work on it a little bit more before you submit it next time. I would like to see more work from you here on NG and hopefuly you took my advice and spend a little more time with it.

I can't see

Even though I just rated the other one this one seems better but I can't see where the walls. I know no one actualy played it so you will get it any way but you need to fix that.

Like my last review this is what I wanted with the creativity.

I hope you fix it and can't wait till your next game/flash

Heres a tip don't submit both of the games back to back you could have atleast waited for an hour or two.

Why do you keep putting this on NG it was a fun game now its not.
